Exchange 2010: Support Ende rückt näher – Was nun?

I am currently receiving many emails about the upcoming end of support for Exchange 2010. Exchange 2010 ends It seems that smaller companies in particular, which are currently still using small business servers, are currently having problems finding a service provider or system house to support them with the migration. I have often read that the cloud is not an alternative and that system houses are virtually pushing customers into the cloud.

On the one hand, there seem to be service providers who almost want to force the cloud on customers and, on the other, there are customers who simply don't want to know anything about "the cloud". Bringing these two camps together is likely to be difficult...

Some of the arguments I was able to glean from the emails are, for example:

I don't want to comment much on this here, just this much: That's not true!

However, the end of support for Exchange 2010 (and the SBS server) is approaching and a solution is inevitably needed, because software for which there are no more security updates should never be used in a company. Of course, Exchange 2010 or SBS will continue to run after the end of support, but the risk of getting into trouble due to unclosed security gaps increases with each passing day.

I would therefore like to start a small survey. What are the current plans for the end of support for Exchange 2010?

-survey is closed-

The second small survey is intended to provide an overview of the extent to which Exchange 2010 has already been replaced:

In principle, the first survey already provides the options you can choose from if you are currently still using Exchange 2010.

I would like to use the survey to present the advantages and disadvantages of the options as objectively as possible in the next few articles. Depending on the frequency of the options, I would then prioritize the articles.

You are also welcome to write opinions on the options in the comments, for example why this or that option is out of the question. You are also welcome to provide a few obviously false arguments that you as a service provider or customer have to listen to.
