Microsoft has released Update Rollup 23 for Exchange Server 2010. This is a security update which should be installed promptly.

The update requires the Visual C++ 2013 Runtime (this is a new requirement as with the newer Exchange Server versions). The Visual C++ Runtime can be downloaded here:
Exchange 2010 is already in Extended Support and therefore only receives security updates, so a migration to Exchange 2016 should at least be in the planning stage. A direct migration to Exchange 2019 will most likely not be possible.
