The popular Jetstress tool has been released for Exchange 2013. It can be downloaded here:

Jetstress can be used to analyze database performance so that bottlenecks or performance problems can be identified before the server goes live. Unfortunately, Loadgen is not yet available in Exchange 2013 form.
