With the start of Extended Support, there will essentially be no more new functions for Exchange 2013. Extended Support will only include security updates and bug fixes.
This means that Exchange 2010 and, from April 10, Exchange 2013 will also be in Extended Support. A new Exchange version is expected later this year, and migration from Exchange 2013 to the new Exchange version will most likely be possible. However, migration from Exchange 2010 to the new Exchange version will no longer be supported.
