I have just uploaded a new version of the Exchange Configurator for Exchange 2016. The new version is very similar to the version for Exchange 2013 and only fixes minor bugs.
As in the version for Exchange 2013, a few settings are queried and Exchange is configured accordingly. The following settings are made:
- Outlook Anywhere URL
- ActiveSync URL
- EWS URL
- OAB URL
- Autodiscover URL
- OWA URL
- ECP URL
- Accepted domain
- Standard send connector
- Name of the database
- Path of the database

Exchange Configurator is used for basic configuration and is designed for test environments.
