Microsoft has released new CUs for Exchange Server 2019 and Exchange Server 2016 today. CU 5 for Exchange 2019 fixes problems with the search in Outlook when Outlook is operated without cache mode, so the update has probably been eagerly awaited by some.
As usual, the CU5 for Exchange 2019 is available for download via VLSC, Action Pack and Visual Studio Subscription (previously MSDN). The Exchange 2019 ISO also contains an updated version of the Exchange 2019 Sizing Calculator, so older versions of the calculator should no longer be used.
