Microsoft would like to improve the installation of Cumulative Updates (CUs) and Security Updates (SUs) for Exchange Server and is therefore asking for feedback from administrators in an anonymous online survey.
Until the end of January 2023, Exchange administrators can fill out an online form and, if desired, provide contact details to discuss possible improvements.
Since readers on my blog keep reporting problems with the installation or after the installation of the Exchange updates, it would only be helpful if corresponding feedback about the experiences is shared.
Here is the link to the survey:
If you have had bad experiences with Exchange updates, then you should definitely take part in the survey. Maybe it will be better in the future. Maybe there will be an automatic update at some point:
There are currently 58 comments from readers under my article on the Exchange updates from January 2023, so it would be nice if at least 58 people filled out the survey. Maybe then the update process will be easier or more reliable in the future. I'll take the time to give my feedback right after writing this article :-)
Here is the original article from the Exchange Team Blog:
My request: Be sure to take part and share both positive and negative experiences to help improve Exchange Server.
