Microsoft Technical Summit 2015 - A summary

The Microsoft Technical Summit 2015 in Darmstadt came to an end yesterday. Here is my personal conclusion

Like last year, there were some exciting presentations, some of which provided in-depth information and insights into Microsoft technologies. I personally found the location better than last year and I think this time everyone got their fill ;-)

The individual presentations were also not quite as crowded. That was much worse in Berlin. I found Haiko Hertes' presentation on PowerShell 4 and PowerShell 5 very successful.

I hope Haiko is not angry about the photo, by the way, he has his slides on his blog and I assume that his complete presentation, as well as the other presentations, will be available on the Technical Summit website. As soon as all sessions are available, you will be informed here.

I found the overview of Microsoft's free offers quite useful:

I have scanned it and made it available for download here:

The only downside for me was the workshop day, which was unfortunately too little workshop and too much lecture for me. However, the many constructive discussions during the summit and afterwards more than compensated for this small drop of bitterness.

I will definitely be back next year and am already looking forward to it. Many greetings at this point to the many people I have met.

So see you next year.
