Although it is an "old" tool, it also works quite well under Exchange 2010, although there are a few limitations (it does not check the web-based publication of the OAB). Nevertheless, it is useful to check the creation process of the OAB and, above all, to compare the OAB with the Active Directory.

The tests carried out by OABINTEG can be customized, here is an example:
oabinteg /s:SRV01 /t:alltests /l /v:2
If OABINTEG is called without parameters, it displays help on the valid parameters and tests.
Please note, the tool is a bit older, but still useful for troubleshooting OABgen processes.
