Outlook signatures as part of the mailbox: Feature is being developed

On March 17, 2018, I had Here is an idea by Jeff Guillet. The idea is to save e-mail signatures as part of the Exchange mailbox so that a uniform signature is possible on all devices. Up to now, the Outlook e-mail signature has been saved in the user profile of the respective client.

Jeff's idea was to save the signature in the Exchange mailbox, similar to the OWA signature. This would mean that the email signature could also be used by other clients and could be managed centrally without third-party tools.

After a lot of support for the idea, this feature is now being actively developed by the Outlook team:

Source: Email Signature Sync across devices

Hopefully, we will be able to manage email signatures for all clients centrally in the future without having to use additional software. However, this also shows that as a user you can definitely influence future features if you find enough like-minded people who support a good idea. I am curious to see how and, above all, when the feature will be implemented. So it's still worth voting for the feature so that it is as high up on the priority list as possible.
