As of today, Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8.1 are available for download for Technet and MSDN customers. A few others are also available for download, for example Visual Studio 2013 RC.
I will write a little bit about the new Server 2012 in the next few days.

New security updates for Exchange 2007, 2010 and 2013 were released yesterday. However, the update for Exchange 2013 was withdrawn today due to problems. Unfortunately, this seems to be happening more frequently recently. If you have already installed the update for Exchange 2013, you can find a workaround to fix the problems here:

Today a new version of the CU2 for Exchange 2013 was released, the previous version contained a bug in connection with the new public folder.
